Own the patching, hardening, and remediation pipeline for a portfolio of institutional WordPress estates. Triage CVEs, write virtual patches, run regression suites against custom themes and plugins. PHP, WP-CLI, MySQL deep expertise required.
Run lead on incidents across our 24/7 SOC. Hunt anomalies in SIEM telemetry, correlate with WordPress-specific TTPs, write WAF rules under pressure, lead containment and post-incident review with named clients.
Track the WordPress threat surface end-to-end: WPScan, Patchstack, NVD, vendor changelogs, dark web chatter. Author CVE briefings and turn intel into virtual patches before vendors ship fixes.
Lead bug-fix, regression, and net-new development inside client estates. Diagnose plugin conflicts, refactor risky custom code, and ship safe updates without breaking checkout, forms, or integrations.
Be the human voice of OwlEye to a portfolio of regulated and enterprise clients. Own QBRs, monthly reporting, scope conversations, escalation paths, and renewal — partnering with senior engineering to keep clients calm and informed.
Operate hardened WP Engine + Google Cloud Montreal hosting. Tune AppArmor, IDS/IPS, iptables, HA failover, immutable backups, and restore drills. Help us keep the floor clean while the SOC fights upstairs.
