Job Description: We are seeking a Technical Lead to guide client projects and manage our team of security analysts. This role is pivotal in overseeing the delivery of manual secure code review services, ensuring that our clients receive comprehensive support in their cybersecurity initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate client projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality secure code review services.
- Manage and mentor a team of security analysts in conducting effective security reviews.
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with our services.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration between security analysts and clients.
- Ensure that projects are completed timely, within scope, and adhering to the highest security standards.
- Provide insights and expertise to clients, aiding them in proactive cybersecurity defenses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Extensive experience in project management and leading teams in cybersecurity.
- Strong background in secure code review and cybersecurity analysis.
- Exceptional client management and communication skills.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, crucial for team leadership and client interactions.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of security professionals.
- Proficient in proactive cybersecurity strategies and best practices.
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CEH, OSCP, etc.) are desirable.
